So far this year has been great! I'm enjoying my work at school so far this term I have tried out for the production ( I don't know if I've got in yet!)I competed in swimming sports ( Sadly i didn't make it to the finals.) i felt nervous on my first day with a male teacher which i have not had in at least the past year. I've had a lot of fun in the past month and i hope it stays that way for the rest of the year. =D A piece of my work
Bogiedom Down the hallway around the corner there is the trecherous bogidom shadows strech across the off white walls. Bllod coloured carpet reflects againsts it giving it a bloody battered cloak of red. Its teeth are chipped and narled its grasp is hard like stone, struggling to brake free, I slip into a darkness that is cold like ice, my breathe feels s if it is stolen. The light streams in like the flood lights of a car, images flash around my eyes of a beast that is far scarier than any living creature. My gasps for air are shallow and fast my brain is swimming I feel the darkness approaching I fight it back. I find where I am, I am in the far end of the hallway. I realise my nightmare is over.
We are doing maths problems in class like:
4372 divided by 2
437x8=
40x7=
and I am also working on my basic facts
We are also doing descriptive writing these are some of my new entrance characters:
Scared Simon
Scared Simon is shy and hates public speaking everyone
continues like no-one said anything but when someone gets in trouble
Simon always gets the blame.
Klutzy Kyle
Klutzy Kyle can't walk 5 meters without tripping over his own
feet. He does NOT like to play catch and can't kick a ball ether
but hes in love with Kool Kate.
So far this year i have enjoyed the work that i have been doing.
Term 2
It is week 9 we have completed my science fair and was one of the first ones to present back in week 7.
I think that this year I finally got science fairs down, as I have made it through to the finals.
So far this year I have been involved in the:
Major production - Cast member - Razoul
ICAS exams (science, computer skills and English.)
Swimming sports.
This Term, Socially has had its ups and downs but everyone is slowly getting use to one-another.
Hopefully by the end of term everyone will put aside their differences
and just do their own work because were at school not in a drama production!!! (excuse the pun.)
